Kir Test Services at Ujung Menteng UP PKB Has Returned to Normal

Good news, the kir test services at the Ujung Menteng Motor Vehicle Test (UP PKB), Cakung, East Jakarta has returned to normal as usual since today, Monday (3/15). 

Alhamdulillah the service has returned to normal where vehicle owners can make registration and payment for today's kir test at Ujung Menteng UP PKB

Ujung Menteng PKB Service Unit Head Priyanto said the service was previously transferred to Pulogadung UP PKB, Cilincing and Kedaung Angke PKB considering the Ujung Menteng UP PKB area was being sterilized by spraying disinfectants.

"Alhamdulillah the service has returned to normal where vehicle owners can make registration and payment for today's kir test at Ujung Menteng UP PKB," he said.

Ujung Menteng UP PKB's Facility and Infrastructure Executing Unit Head, Arie Fitriadi stated, for today, 550 vehicles had registered to undergo kir test. Meanwhile, from 834 vehicles diverted to three other UP PKBs during the transitional period (Friday and Saturday) yesterday, 621 out of them had yet to undergo the test.

"Actually we serve about 100 vehicles every day. We do it gradually during this week. So, the total number of vehicles that will take the test today is 650," he explained.

He continued that there should be 44 officers on duty but today only 33 people. It was because the rest were undergoing a self-isolation due to COVID-19.

"To help check the verification of vehicles booked on March 12-13, we assigned five officers. We also added operations for two hours per day, until Saturday (3/20)," he concluded.
